Thank you for bringing your child/children/client to Jump 2 It Coaching and North Staffordshire Trampolining. Your support is much appreciated, I hope you enjoy your time with us. Please feel free to give us any feedback or approach us to talk about your child’s/children’s/clients progression.
Due to an increase in hall hire we have had to increase our fees slightly this year but still keeping a reasonable price. Please ensure you read all of the important information below.
This is the new payment schedule for Wednesday Trampolining – into the NEW BANK ACCOUNT or CASH:

For the account YOU are REQUIRED to set-up a STANDING ORDER on the 2nd of the month.
SETTING UP A STANDING ORDER yourself, will ensure all payments are REFERENCED THE SAME, must be CHILDS/CHILDRENS/CLIENTS FULL NAME WITH NO SPACES and received on the SAME DATE EACH MONTH. This is crucial for our payment system.
1st payment will need to be on 2nd September of £55 (includes 1 week insurance fee) and set up to continue for 10 months in total, 9 months at £44 (48 weeks & 1 week insurance fee). NO text message will be sent as you payment will finish automatically. Therefore please set up as above/stated or in the text message sent on joining if starting part way through the year. If paying in CASH it is the same payment amounts as stated above, due on the 1st week of every month.
If payment is not received as stated above or by the 2nd of the month a £10 late fee will be incurred.
Each reminder text sent if SO not-set up or incorrectly referenced will incur a £10 late fee.
If payment is not received within 7 days your child/children/client will not be able to attend there next class.
If your standing order is not set-up as above and continues, any further payments will be considered as a donation to the club.
If you do not cancelling payments this is seen as a donation to the club
The late fee incurred above is due to the additional administration and communication time spent addressing these errors.
We do not give refunds, however we can credit future lessons if there is a valid reason and agreed by the committee.

Please see below for date of payment and weeks paid for. Please note fees do not change if you are on holiday or your child/client is absent due to sickness or illness. Should a trampolinist be affected by long term illness then a break from fees may be authorised, please contact to discuss. If we have to close due the reasons beyond our control, such as power failures or adverse weather conditions, no compensation will be paid or refunds given. We would do our utmost to provide you with replacement or alternative sessions where possible

Cancellation of sessions – Over the year a session maybe cancelled due to conditions beyond our control, we will inform you what will happen if this occurs.
Termination of membership – If a trampolinist is leaving then the Head Coach needs to be informed one month prior to payment of intended resignation. Failure to maintain appropriate payment will result in automatic termination and exclusion from classes.
